Cancellation Policies

• If there are 90-days to conference, a 75% of the registration fee will be refunded
• If there are 45-days to conference, a 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
• If there are less than 45 days to conference, no fee will be refunded
• If the one who paid but do not attend the conference in person, no fee will be refunded. The fee could be reserved for next year’s event.
• If cancellation of the hotel received on/after Jan. 20^th, 2026 , no fee will be refunded.
• If cancellation of the hotel received before Jan. 20^th, 2026 need to be charged with $100 as refund service fee.
• All cancellations should be confirmed with us via [email protected] before the related deadline.
